Now the reason that this happens a lot nowadays is simply because there are times wherein the woman is more capable than the man. The woman would have a better job and a higher pay which justifies why she would be the one who should be working instead of the man. In this arrangement, the man has to be the one to take care of the house and the kids while the woman is the one who will bring home the bread.
Now these types of organizations would help the men still practice their social skills so that it will not get lost in the process. Now the reason as to why he has to maintain his social skills is simply because no interaction with friends can be quite unhealthy to mental health. At least by talking to other stay at home men, he can actually talk to someone who does the same thing.
Now basically, this is a gathering wherein people who are doing the same things would gather in order to meet new people and have new friends. These types of clubs are only exclusive for men who are taking care of the home and the children while the wives are working. There would be activities for the members and also some events that all of them can attend.
Now this type of club would have an arrangement like any other type of club out there. There would be a team of leaders that would mediate the events and hold all of the meetings wherein decisions would be made. Basically, there would be a president, a treasurer, a vice president, and of course a secretary.
Of course there would be weekly club meetings wherein the members would discuss on how to make some socializing events. These are the types of events that would have the typical food, drinks, and other things that the members would enjoy. Of course from time to time there would be events where the wives would be invited.
Now aside from all the fun, these clubs also aim to help members. If one would need physical help with the housework or financial help, the members may actually help them. If one is going through a motivational problem, then the members will all be there for him.
