How To Earn Money With Parked Domains

omain parking is creating a free account at one of the domain parking companies and uploading a list of all the domain names you can think of. The parking company will then place a web page on each of your domain names which contain clickable ad links. The links are the same as AdSense links and are contextual in nature. The ads contain keywords that are found in your domain name. When you get a visitor that clicks on a link you are paid for the click and the parking company shares in the revenue.

This is a quick and the easiest way to make money on your unused domain names that you have come up with. Remember, that most of these clicks will only earn you pennies on the dollar however, even pennies add up.

The higher the quality of your keywords located in your domain names the better you will be when it comes to people who are clicking on the ads that will be placed on your website. Keywords should be directed towards advertisers in competitive markets such as insurance, financial, health care, etc.

Two of the best parking companies are Parked.com and Sedo.com. With Sedo.com they allow you as the domainer to list all of your domains that are for sale. Always monetize your domain names prior to selling or flipping them. As soon as you register a new domain name park it immediately. This allows search engines to pick your webpage and domain name up which will provide your domain with a search engine ranking. With all of this in place it will make flipping your domain much easier as it is already monetized.
Use affiliate sales pages through Clickbank.com or RAPbank.com. It is as easy as one click of the mouse and one sale of a domain will pay for the registration of the use of the site to place your domain name on. Remember, keywords are the key. Do your research with correctly spelled as well as misspelled names.
Use squeeze pages which by giving away a free product at no cost to you. Customers will have to leave their email addresses in order to receive their free product. This in turn provides you with an emailing list for that particular niche. Once you have your email mailing list have an auto responder send out newsletters every week for about 20 weeks. In each newsletter you will have different links to products that are offered along with content that the customer or visitor is looking for.
Remember, do your research and find yourself a specific niche. Check Twitter and Google to see what is trending with their trending tools. Research is the most time consuming part, however, once you start landing on domains or creating domains that people are looking for you will have it made. Set up your domain, register it then build a landing page with advertisements so you get paid per click. Make money while you are waiting for someone to come along and purchase your domain.
